The location? 725 S. Ocean Blvd. in Boca Raton. It is located on the west side of A1A, just north of the Camino Real bridge on the Intracoastal Waterway. The building overlooks Lake Boca Raton, a popular spot for boating and hanging out on the water and the destination of the annual Boca Bash.
What is planned? The 3.22-acre site will see the development of 32-unit beachfront condominiums. It will include a private marina; lakefront terrace with pool and Jacuzzi, sun loungers and loungers; a boardwalk; Gym; sauna, steam and treatment rooms; and a private underground parking lot with charging stations for electric cars.
“A lot of people from the Northeast are moving to South Florida and they are largely going to Palm Beach, Boca and Miami,” developer Inigo Ardid told the South Florida Sun Sentinel in 2019. “Boca really hasn’t had a luxury development . in this cycle, luxury beachfront development, so this is one of the few opportunities in that market to be able to do that.”
Units will range from two to five bedrooms, or 3,402 to 7,508 square feet.

Is something being replaced? No, the project is being built on what was vacant land.
When will it be complete? Developers anticipate completion of the project in the fourth quarter of the year, said Philip Braunstein of Wexford Real Estate Investments, the development firm behind the project. He didn’t know exactly when it would be finished, due to ongoing supply chain issues, but he was confident it would be by the end of the year.
Exterior construction is complete, Braunstein said, and the interior is all that remains to be finished now.
What will they cost? The condos started at a staggering $2.5 million in 2019. All units have been sold, according to Braunstein.
Other nearby projects: Several construction projects have been proposed or approved near the Boca Beach House project. Less than a mile to the north, on A1A, a proposal called Ocean Palm could redevelop a 47,374-square-foot three-story office building and 20-unit condominium into a six-story luxury condominium at 1 S. Ocean Blvd., 155 E Palmetto Park Road and 910 E. Palmetto Park Road, respectively.
And closer to downtown Boca, Royal Palm Residences will bring three nine-story towers with 48 luxury condominiums to 475 E. Royal Palm Road with completion expected in the summer of 2023.
