Budget travel and luxury often seem to be at odds. However, this list of five-star European hotels proves that luxury doesn’t always have to be expensive. From the Cotswolds of England to the Spanish islands and the Greek Mediterranean, not all five-star stays have to cost hundreds or thousands of dollars a night. There are plenty of luxury stays for much less than one might think.
