The number of homes for sale in Saskatoon has increased, but the number of places to buy is still 20 percent lower than last year, according to the Saskatchewan Association of Realtors.

Statistics show that the median home price in Saskatoon hit $375,200. But for those looking for something from the luxury housing market, Saskatoon has plenty to offer.
