  1. Planned Nickelodeon-themed Garden Grove luxury hotel and resort on Harbor Boulevard is back on track! The Kam Sang Company will appear before the Garden Grove Planning Commission next Thursday for the proposed 500-room hotel and resort. Is it so seeking approval for a 3.72-acre development next to the Sheraton Hotel. Nickelodeon-themed luxury hotel and resort proposal includes a themed poll with a “lazy” river, event space, a 600-seat theater and ballroom, retail space and a hotel restaurant, and a game room 7.00 square feet.
